How Medicare Home Health Works
Home health is medical care delivered in your home under the direction of your doctor. If you qualify, Medicare often covers approved home health services at 100%.
Free Phone Consultation
We review your needs, recent hospital or clinic visits, and check your Medicare eligibility.
Physician Orders
We coordinate with your doctor to obtain the necessary home health orders as quickly as possible.
In-Home Start of Care
A nurse or therapist visits your home, completes a full assessment, and begins care.
Ongoing Visits & Updates
We adjust your plan as you progress and keep your physician updated at every stage.
We are currently accepting Medicare patients and actively contracting with Medicare Advantage plans, AHCCCS (Medicaid), and Veterans programs. Contact us and we’ll walk you through your options.
