Dana Reano is a highly experienced Critical Care and Home Health Registered Nurse who serves as the Clinical Director of Saintly Home Health. With over a decade of nursing experience across ICU, acute care, and home health settings, Dana leads our clinical team with compassion, excellence, and unwavering commitment to quality care.

She has cared for medically complex patients in major Arizona health systems—including Banner Health, Honor Health, Abrazo Health, and Synergy Health Services—as well as internationally with the National Guard Health Affairs in Riyadh. Her strong ICU background ensures even high-acuity patients receive safe, expert care at home.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and advanced certifications including BLS, ACLS, and CCRN. At Saintly Home Health, she oversees all nursing and therapy services, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports each patient’s physical, emotional, and social well-being—delivering the kind of care she would want for her own family.

Sandra Cooper is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 17 years of dedicated home health experience, including extensive work in clinical care, case management, and leadership roles across multiple Arizona providers. She brings deep knowledge of home health operations, patient assessment, and interdisciplinary coordination to her role as Administrator of Saintly Home Health.

Throughout her career, Sandra has served as a Field RN, Clinical Care Coordinator, Clinical Assessment Advisor, Case Manager, and Acting Home Health Director. She has led admissions, developed individualized care plans, coordinated with PT, OT, speech therapists, and physicians, supervised home health aides, and guided teams through complex home health cases with meticulous attention to detail and patient-centered care.

Sandra also has a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, performing chart reviews, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting agencies in meeting state and federal standards. At Saintly Home Health, she oversees daily operations, patient experience, staff coordination, and compliance—providing steady leadership and compassionate oversight so every patient receives safe, high-quality care at home.

Paul Vonasek serves as the Vice President of Saintly Home Health, overseeing operations, compliance, growth strategy, and agency development. He has been instrumental in building Saintly into a Medicare-certified home health agency and expanding its clinical and operational infrastructure.

Paul leads system development, quality assurance processes, staff onboarding, and Medicare-aligned compliance operations. He works closely with clinical leadership to strengthen documentation, workflow efficiency, and patient-first standards.

With additional background in real estate, business management, and entrepreneurial operations, Paul supports Saintly’s long-term growth and financial stability while maintaining a culture of excellence and compassion.

Dr. Savanna Torres is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist with over nine years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and more than five years in home health care. She specializes in manual therapy, movement assessment, nervous system regulation, and holistic rehabilitation strategies.

Savanna is the founder of Torrez Physical Therapy and Wellness, a mobile concierge practice integrating dry needling, spinal manipulation, Graston, cupping, SFMA movement analysis, and post-operative rehab. She is also highly skilled in treating vertigo and vestibular disorders, as well as supporting complex post-surgical patients.

Her background includes extensive home health experience with Rehab Services of Arizona, one-on-one mobile outpatient rehab through Luna, and orthopedic/sports injury treatment in multiple outpatient clinics. Savanna brings a holistic, patient-centered approach that blends evidence-based therapy with hands-on care, breathwork, and functional restoration.

As an Independent Contractor with Saintly Home Health, Savanna provides specialized mobility, balance, strength, gait, and vestibular rehabilitation—helping patients regain safety, independence, and confidence at home.

Melissa Lutman is a highly experienced Registered Nurse specializing in advanced wound care and in-home clinical nursing. She holds a multistate, unencumbered RN license and has been practicing since 2014, with authorization to practice in more than 30 states under the Nurse Licensure Compact.

Melissa provides skilled wound assessment, dressing management, catheter care, post-operative monitoring, and chronic condition support for patients throughout the Valley. Her clinical approach emphasizes safety, healing, infection prevention, and patient education.

Known for her thorough assessments and compassionate bedside manner, Melissa collaborates with physicians, therapists, and the broader Saintly care team to ensure patients receive coordinated, evidence-based, and timely care at home.

As a Field RN with Saintly Home Health, Melissa delivers reliable, high-quality nursing visits for patients recovering from surgery, managing complex wounds, or requiring long-term skilled support.
