Saintly Home Health LLC is a CHAP-accredited, Medicare-certified home health agency based in Tempe, serving Maricopa, Pinal, Gila, Yavapai, and Pima counties. We are currently accepting Medicare patients and actively hiring compassionate clinicians who want flexible schedules, strong support, and daily pay for completed OASIS and visit documentation.

We’re growing and actively building a field team of skilled clinicians who love taking care of patients in their homes—especially those with complex needs, wound care, catheter care, and ostomy care.

Nursing
Registered Nurses (RN)
Start of Care (SOC), recerts, discharges, wound care (including advanced wounds), catheter care, ostomy care, medication management, and skilled visits across our service area.
Nursing
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Follow-up skilled visits, wound care, catheter and ostomy care, education, and chronic disease management under RN/MD direction.
Therapy
Physical Therapists (PT / DPT)
Post-surgical rehab, strength, balance, gait training, and home safety assessments to keep patients safe and independent at home.
Therapy
Occupational Therapists (OT)
ADL training, functional independence, home setup, and adaptive strategies so patients can safely function in their own environment.
Therapy
Speech Therapists (SLP)
Swallowing, cognition, and communication support for patients recovering from neurological and medical conditions.
Support Services
Medical Social Workers (MSW)
Resources, psychosocial support, community connections, and discharge planning support for patients and families.
Field Staff
Home Health Aides / CNAs
Personal care, ADL support, and assistance under the supervision of our nursing and therapy team.

OASIS and Alora EMR training is available for clinicians who are a great clinical and culture fit, even if new to home health, wound care, catheter care, or ostomy care.

Process

Steps to Get Hired & Start Seeing Patients

Here’s what to expect from first contact to your first visit in the field. We keep the process clear and communication-friendly.

Step 1
Apply

Step 2
Phone / Video Interview
We’ll review your experience, talk through pay structure and visit expectations, and confirm if we’re a mutual fit.
Step 3
Compliance & Screening
We complete required background checks, license verification, and onboarding paperwork to meet Arizona and Medicare standards.
Step 4
Orientation & Training
You’ll receive orientation to Saintly policies, Alora EMR, OASIS (if applicable), and our expectations for documentation and communication.
Step 5
First Visits & Daily Pay
Once cleared and scheduled, you’ll begin seeing patients—and can receive daily pay once OASIS and visit notes are completed, submitted, and approved.
Requirements

What We Need From You to Onboard

To protect our patients and stay compliant with Arizona regulations and Medicare home health standards, all field staff must complete a thorough onboarding process.

Licensing & Core Documents
These items help verify identity, work authorization, and professional qualifications.
  • Completed application and current resume.
  • Valid Arizona license (RN, LPN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW) or CNA/HHA certification, as applicable.
  • Professional references (typically three recent clinical or work references).
  • I-9 work authorization documents submitted within 3 business days of hire.
  • W-4 (for W-2 employees) or W-9 (for 1099 independent contractors).
  • Signed Employee or Independent Contractor agreement and job acceptance statement.
  • Current CPR/BLS card (in-person or blended course with in-person skills check).
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and auto liability insurance for field staff.
  • Smartphone or tablet capable of using Alora EMR and secure email.
Safety, Health & Compliance Screening
These checks help ensure a safe environment for our patients and team.
  • Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application to AZ DPS.
  • Background check, including criminal history review and Arizona sex offender registry (Megan’s Law) check.
  • OIG / GSA exclusion checks (federal and state) to confirm you are not excluded from federal health programs.
  • Pre-employment drug screen, where applicable.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test or screening within the past year.
  • Signed statement that you are free of communicable disease and able to safely perform your job duties.
  • Immunization status per agency policy (for example: flu, COVID-19, Hepatitis B consent/declination, if required).
  • HIPAA, confidentiality, and Code of Conduct / compliance acknowledgements.
  • Orientation and training checklist (including emergency preparedness and reporting procedures).
