You’re Almost Done – Here’s What Happens Next
Once you’ve completed your job description review, acknowledgments, health forms,
and uploads, our team will review your file and contact you to schedule your
orientation. Use this page to know what to expect and how to prepare.
If you’re unsure whether you finished a step, you can always go back and confirm
without losing your progress.
Orientation Overview
Orientation is designed to make sure you feel safe, supported, and confident
before seeing Saintly Home Health patients in the community.
Before Orientation
Make sure these are complete:
- ✔ Step 1 – You selected your position and reviewed your job description.
- ✔ Step 2 – You signed all required acknowledgments and agreements.
- ✔ Step 3 – You submitted health forms (communicable disease, TB, Hep B if applicable).
- ✔ Step 3 – You uploaded all required documents (ID, license, CPR, AZ fingerprint card, etc.).

What we’ll cover together:
- Agency mission, values, and expectations for patient care.
- Review of key policies (safety, infection control, HIPAA, reporting).
- EMR / documentation training and visit workflow.
- Pediatric and adult-specific guidance (if applicable to your role).
- How scheduling works, after-hours support, and who to call with questions.

What to expect next:
- You’ll be cleared to begin receiving patient assignments once all requirements are verified.
- Our team will review your schedule and preferred service areas.
- You’ll be paired with contacts for clinical support and scheduling.
- You’ll receive ongoing education, check-ins, and performance feedback.

What Happens After You Click Submit?
File Review & Scheduling
After you finish Steps 1–3, our office reviews your onboarding packet for:
- ✔ All required forms completed and signed.
- ✔ Licenses, CPR, and AZ fingerprint clearance card uploaded.
- ✔ TB results and health screening requirements met.
Once everything is cleared, we will contact you by phone, email, or text with:
- • Your orientation date and time.
- • Where to go (virtual or in-person instructions).
- • Anything you should bring with you.
